A TwinAx Solution
Distributed monitoring. Centralized alerting.

01 / THE PROBLEM
Important infrastructure often lives inside private networks, security zones and VRFs that conventional Internet-facing monitoring cannot directly reach.
Prosser Flare is engineered around that reality: place lightweight Eyes close to the systems they observe, then report outward to Watchtower—gaining visibility without weakening the segmentation that protects those environments.
02 / SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
Lightweight, headless Linux probes deployed inside the network or security zone they are responsible for observing.
The central Prosser Flare component for consolidated visibility, historical information, alerting and the evolving Watchtower View.

03 / DESIGN PRINCIPLES
Place monitoring within the environment instead of forcing visibility across security boundaries.
Eyes report outward rather than becoming bridges between otherwise separated zones or VRFs.
Add monitors to an existing Eye or deploy additional Eyes as the environment grows.
Designed for useful infrastructure visibility without requiring an elaborate monitoring appliance at every location.
04 / DEVELOPMENT STATE
Working now: the Eye architecture is operational on headless Linux hardware and the distributed multi-probe model has been established.
In development: Watchtower centralization, additional notification methods, repeatable Eye and monitor onboarding, recommended hardware standards and Watchtower View.
Prosser Flare / Eye + Watchtower
Eye stays close to the systems it observes. Watchtower brings those distributed observations together without requiring the network boundaries between them to disappear.
